30-day money-back guarantee
New TheVIXtrader Premium subscriptions come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If the platform isn't right for you, you can request a full refund of your most recent payment within 30 days of the original purchase date — no need to justify your decision.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all TheVIXtrader orders.
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
- Or email us at support@thevixtrader.com and we'll help you start the request.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or via paddle.net.
Cancellation stops future renewals. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period — you don't lose access immediately, and you can keep using Premium Intelligence through the date you've already paid for.
After the 30-day window
Outside the 30-day money-back guarantee, payments already processed are generally non-refundable. This is because TheVIXtrader provides immediate, continuous access to digital intelligence services and premium platform features — once a billing period has begun, the service for that period has been delivered.
- Subscriptions remain active until the end of the current billing cycle after cancellation.
- We do not issue prorated refunds for unused portions of a billing period.
- Renewals are charged automatically on the cycle shown at checkout until you cancel.
Founding Member subscriptions
Founding Member pricing is locked for as long as your subscription stays continuously active. The 30-day guarantee applies to your initial Founding Member purchase. If you later cancel and the Founding Member window has closed, re-subscribing will use whatever pricing is then publicly available.
Exceptional circumstances
Where the law gives you a stronger refund right than this policy (for example certain consumer rights in the EU or UK), those rights apply. If something has gone wrong on our side — a service outage, billing error, or accidental charge — please tell us and we'll make it right.
